Vacuum Evaporation Coating Means the
process: in
vacuum room, heat Evaporation material by heater
so that the atoms or molecules in the evaporation material
gain sufficient energy to enter the gaseous state. Then the evaporation
particle stream will fire direct to substrate, deposite, and come
into thin film on the surface. It's one of mainly PVD (Physical Vapor
Deposition ) methods.
Vacuum Evaporation Coating has a longer history, and has been used
very abroad. Of course, evaporation is older coating method.
As the condition of particle stream, evaporation coating is not as
good as sputtering coating and Ion plate. But evaporation coating
method still have many virtue strongpoint advantage, for example,
the equipment and technique are simple.
There are many kinds of evaporation
materials, and over one hundred kinds in using. And fabrication methods
mainly as below,crystal broken, melt-broken, drawbench, wire-cut,
broken granule, milling, press, cast, mold-press and so on. Main

Evaporation Principle: vacuum evaporation coating from vaporize
to deposite thin film, the process of physics:
1. Turn other energy
source into heat energy, heat the evaporation material so that the
evaporation materil been vaporized and sublime, become the gaseity
particle ( atoms, molecules or radicle) with energy (0.1-0.3eV);
2. Depart from surface of evaporation materials, the
higher energy particle will flight directly to the surface of substrate
with any impact;
3. Reach to the surface of substrate, the gaseity
particle will agglomerate and become thin film;
4. The atoms
of thin film will reform, arrange and come into being chemical bond.
